Metaps & Luminous Media International Corporation

On September 8, 2017, Metaps, Inc. (“Metaps”) acquired 51% stake in Metaps & Luminous Media International Corporation (“Metaps & Luminous”)
to enhance the capabilities of Metaps group in Taiwan and further strengthen its business competitiveness in Greater China.
This investment enabled Metaps to provide clients with custom-made marketing services including outdoor ads, offline events, content media and digital marketing.
